for a return authorization number
before you send any product(s) back to us. Call us at 1-613-584-3148.
Return authorization numbers will be provided up to 14 days after your
parcel arrives at your post office.
Please include the
packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt that you received with your
purchase and indicate the reason for the return on the bottom section
of the order form.

Shipping Information
Diabeaters orders
are shipped via Canada Post. Parcels are shipped within Canada and the
U.S. only.
When ordering in
the Diabeaters Shop you may choose a level of service to meet your delivery
requirements. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval,
address verification, stock availability and order processing

Ordering By Check
Checks must
have your name and address preprinted on them. Returned checks are subject
to a $25 service charge.
Ordering By Mail
Please mail
in your order form and enclose it with your check or money order. If
you are paying by credit card, please remember to fill in your account
number, the unique ID placed above your credit card number, cardmember
signature and credit card expiration date. We cannot process your order
without this information. Please be sure to include your phone number
in case there is a problem with your order.
